*I am the spark that will not fade,

The breath of courage heaven made.

Within my heart, the truth takes form,

Through love I rise, renewed, reborn.

No chain of fear can bind my flame,

No veil of doubt can hide my name.

For etched in light, my soul is free,

The blueprint of eternity.*

“Close your eyes. Breathe deeply into your heart. With each inhale, feel courage flowing in. With each exhale, release fear, doubt, and illusion. Visualize a golden blueprint of light within your chest — the sacred design of your true essence. See it pulsing, glowing brighter with every breath. This is your divine map, your remembrance.

Whisper softly to yourself:

I am whole. I am free. I am aligned.

Now imagine this blueprint expanding outward, radiating truth and courage into your entire being, then flowing beyond you, touching every soul across the Earth. You are a lighthouse of remembrance, igniting others simply by being.”
